Why a fenced field makes sense in Cornwall
Cornwall's coast is spectacular and, for dogs, not always forgiving. The coast path runs along high, crumbling cliffs, and every year dogs chasing birds or rabbits go over the edge and need rescuing. Many of the busiest beaches restrict dogs through the summer, exactly when visitors with dogs arrive.
Inland, much of the county is grazing land, from the farms of the north coast to the ponies and cattle of Bodmin Moor. A secure field takes all of that out of the picture: your dog runs free, and you get to relax and watch.

Booking on holiday
You don't need to be local. Find a field near where you're staying, pick a slot that fits around the beach and the pub, and pay by card. Your confirmation email has everything you need, including the gate code if the field uses one. If you spot a field with a WONDA code on the gate, type it into the app to book it there and then.

Can I book a dog field while I'm on holiday in Cornwall?
Yes, and it's one of the best uses for WONDA. Book from your holiday cottage on Android or the web app, and your confirmation and any gate code arrive by email.
Are dogs allowed on Cornish beaches in summer?
Many popular Cornish beaches restrict dogs during the summer season, while others allow them all year. Rules vary beach by beach, so check the signs. A booked field is a guaranteed off-lead option whatever the date.
How much does it cost?
Each field owner sets their own price for each session length, and you see the full total, including WONDA's 50p booking fee, before you pay.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from the Bookings tab up to 15 minutes before your slot starts and the refund goes back to your card automatically.
